Remember back in high school Biology when you learned how to use a microscope. You had to angle the reflector on the bottom just right to get the light and you had to adjust the knobs ever so slightly to bring the specimen into focus. And if you go a little too far, you lose focus and have to go back. It only takes a little too much to force us out of focus. Jockeys put blinders on race horses so they don’t get distracted by their peripheral vision, slow down and get off track. We need to run our race like thorough bread race horses. Write the vision and make it plain so when the fault finders start complaining and the passive aggression is in full blast you can turn down that noise and turn up the sound track of success and motivation in your mind. “Run de track, DJ!”

Today ladies, let’s blast our inner energy and be focused.

Be beauty for ashes.
