Start and commit

How many things exist on your imaginary To Do list? I lost count in college. I know somewhere in there I was writing a book. How long have we been saying we are going to lose 10 pounds? How many times have we said we are going to clean out the bottom of our closets? The hard part about completing any task is starting. The hardest part about a task started is committing to the completion. The Proverbs woman had the same 24 hours in the day that we have. Start and commit to one hour a week. Pour a glass of wine, play your favorite R &B song and one hour, one task at a time, commit to the you time you need to do the things on your never-have-the-time-to-do To Do list. One hour a week for yourself will not glitch the Matrix. However, it will make all the difference in your world.

Today ladies, decide when and what you will start, then commit until the task is complete.

Be beauty for ashes.
